OR, THIS CAN BE A STAND ALONE SERVICE
THIS SERVICE IS FOR THE CLIENT WHO WOULD LIKE TO PLAN ALL THE DETAILS,
BUT WOULD LIKE FOR US STEP IN TO BE THE POINT PERSON OF THE DAY
AND COORDINATE THE LOGISTICS OF THE TIMELINE
THIS SERVICE IS DIVIDED INTO PLANNING, PREPARATION AND DAY-OF LABOR
We start by scheduling a meeting with you to discuss your plans for the day. The targeted date for this meeting is 8 weeks prior to the wedding.
We will obtain key information and all contact information that you have so far.
We will return and begin drafting our timeline.
Our timeline will set forth key information, contact information, and the day's timeline of events.
We then will schedule a meeting with your facility.
We will meet at the facility for a thorough walk-through.
We will view all areas that you will be using.
We will discuss with the facility any options you may have, and obtain their guidelines.
We will return and update our information.
As you select remaining vendors and details are finalized, we will continue to correspond via email to update our information.
Key vendors will have their own timeline requirements. At a minimum, these will include the facility, DJ, photographer and caterer. Before finalizing our timeline, we require that you confirm timeline details with each vendor. Once all vendors agree, we ask that you email us the final timeline changes.
In addition, we require copies of all vendor contracts so that we can confirm contact information, info as to what they are providing, and their start and stop times. Please note that we are not reviewing these contracts for accuracy.
FINAL COORDINATION MEETING
Once all details are final, we will meet with you again to discuss and confirm the final timeline.
We will schedule additional EF Team Members as needed for the day.
We will contact all vendors to introduce ourselves and confirm times and information.
We will obtain your final seating chart and guest headcount, and confirm with the facility.
We will attend your rehearsal. If needed, we can coordinate, but normally the officiant will manage these details.
