OUR DECORATING SERVICE IS FOR THE CLIENT WHO WOULD LIKE US TO DECORATE,
SO THAT THEY, THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS MAY ENJOY THEIR DAY
DECOR USED MAY INCLUDE YOUR DECOR, OUR DECOR OR ANY COMBINATION
THIS SERVICE IS DIVIDED INTO PLANNING, PREPARATION AND DAY-OF LABOR
INITIAL DÉCOR MEETING
We will meet with you to discuss the tables or areas that you would like decorated.
We will view any decor that you may already have, and show you our decor that we have in stock.
We will discuss any of our products that you may want to add.
We will prepare our decorating plan, which will set forth each table and/or area that will be decorated.
FINAL DÉCOR MEETING
If needed, we will meet again and finalize our decorating plan.
We will schedule additional EF Team Members as needed for delivery, set-up and teardown.
We will confirm times with the facility.
DÉCOR PREP, ORGANIZATION AND PACKING
We will obtain any items of your decor that we will use.
We will prep your decor and our decor.
We will remove any packaging, wash glassware, prep for display, and pack each item for transit.
Our Delivery Team will load our vehicles and deliver at the facility.
DÉCOR COORDINATOR + DECORATORS
Our Decor Coordinator will confirm room set-up - as to the areas that we will decorate.
Additional Decorators will be brought in based on the amount of decor.
We will decorate according to our decorating plan.
We will clear our working areas, and store the packing material and boxes.
At the end of the event, we will return for teardown.
